In case, Mozilla Customer Service fails to resolve any issues, and customer have complied with all the terms and conditions of the Website, then we will not charge a fee for the incident-based Service. In case customer have been charged, but customers are not satisfied with the solution, then customer can call us within fifteen (15) days from the day customer originally received the service, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve customer problem at no additional charge. If those efforts are unsuccessful, we will refund the fees that customer paid for the service. Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable. If Customer have purchased any third party software, product, or application from Mozilla Customer Service with the activation key or product key, that would be completely non-refundable
